Our all-round service for you:
We place your property on the leading booking portals such as Booking.com or Airbnb. We not only take care of the platform setup, but also take care of professional photography so that your property is perfectly presented.
2. Texts and bookings:
Our experienced team creates professional texts in several languages to present your property in the best possible way. We handle all bookings from A to Z for you and are available for your guests every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (during the season from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
3. Finance and Marketing:
Financial processing is carried out directly by the providers at regular intervals. We also take care of marketing your property on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. We create profiles of your property on any desired portal and regularly adjust the prices in consultation with you to ensure maximum occupancy.
4. Tourism Authority and Guest Relations:
We register each of your guests with the tourism authority via eVisitor.
5. Channel Manager and Double Booking Protection:
With our Channel Manager we record and plan the cleaning data for your property. Double bookings and omissions are impossible as everything flows seamlessly from a single source.
6. Individual booking portal for guests:
Your guests will receive an official booking confirmation and a link to a personalized booking portal. There you will find all relevant information about the accommodation, from the location to the key safe pin to prices, invoices, contact details and much more.
